national Park Pass
If you are planning a trip heading out to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, or any of the pay to enter National Parks, I HIGHLY suggest getting yourself a National Park Pass. This pass allows you into all parks that have a charge for the one-time purchase of the pass. The pass is valid for one year from the time of purchase and will get your entire car in the park under the pass (some restrictions do apply).
As of writing this in 2021 you can acquire the pass for $80.00. If you are military you can request a free pass. Senior prices are $80 for a lifetime pass and $20 for the annual pass. If you are a US citizen with a permanent disability you can request a free access pass. No matter what route you go it is worth the time and money to be able to enjoy all of our parks without having to worry about carrying cash and paying to enter the parks. Plus this is a great way to help fund the National Park Service and all the parks that we love.
A little secrete is if you have a student in 4th grade. You can get a annual pass for free and explore any of the National Parks. Don’t let that go to waste.
